His remit at IMD includes Business Performance Improvement, People Assessment, Leadership Development and Change Management.
David is pragmatic and able to see situations from the point of view of his clients. He is skilled in ensuring that the people within an organisation take real ownership of change initiatives.
Having previously held senior roles in Blue Chip companies in both HR and Operations Management, David brings a rare balance of commercial and people related skills to his work.
He is both a Fellow of the CIPD and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
David’s breadth of experience has meant that in the 6 years he has been a part of IMD, he has been involved in the assessment and development of over 300 leaders and the development of senior teams in the acute, mental health and commissioning sectors.
David dislikes: managers not addressing performance problems.
But loves: family and sport.
