When it was originally proposed that IMD provided coaching for Senior Managers within the Trust, to be honest, I was sceptical of its value. However, having been coached by Allister Stewart for the last couple of years I can honestly say the experience has not only been beneficial to myself but also the Trust.
I find the sessions stimulating, thought provoking and after each session I feel motivated and refreshed to try new ideas to take the service forward. I have only praise for what these sessions achieve.
