Chris has worked for the NHS in Finance, Information and General Management up to and including Board level for 36 years.
As well as providing him with an exceptional grasp of operational and strategic issues, Chris’ wealth of experience also includes the implementation of Service Line Management and Service Line Reporting, Consultant job planning, PFI negotiation, implementation of electronic patient record systems and the successful transition from trust to Foundation Trust status
A regular speaker and commentator on NHS finance topics, Chris is a former Chair of the HfMA and currently Chairs their Policy Committee
