Isobel brings a wealth of public and private sector experience to her clients’ organisations.  She specialises in a number of related areas which include board development, change management and executive coaching. Isobel also has a particular interest in clinical leadership and in the translation of health and social care policy at local level.

Isobel’s career has seen her work in many senior posts within the NHS and private organisations, up to and including Acting Director of HR at Plymouth Hospitals NHS.  This senior management background within both private and public sectors informs her practice today, and she excels in helping individuals and organisations to bring about change and development.

Isobel is a qualified coach and derives great satisfaction from guiding and supporting her clients to develop expertise in their current roles and be rightfully ambitious about their career futures.

Isobel dislikes: apathy, routine and city traffic.
