John Piper is the founder and Managing Partner of IMD. He has extensive hands-on experience of helping organisations and individuals to realise their potential.
John’s real passion is in helping individual businesses and organisations to formulate and implement corporate strategy – and get results. He also specialises in one to one performance coaching, team facilitation for Senior Executives and board development.
His work in these areas has taken him across the globe revitalising the fortunes of hundreds of organisations.
John’s down to earth, practical approach to defining and solving problems, based on a lifetime’s experience in building management capability, has earned him the loyalty of many long standing clients in both the public and private sectors.
An author, researcher and contributor to a number of management publications, John is also a Non-Executive Director of several companies.
