After a highly successful career in HR, which saw her rise to Director level, Michele decided to use her talents and experience to help other organisations as a consultant. During her career and subsequent consultancy Michele has led significant organisational restructures and brought clarity to organisations in turmoil through a concentrated approach to organisational development.
