As well as myself, I know you have been meeting with members of the Christie Hospital Executive Team and also the General Managers of our clinical divisions. I believe you have also now commenced sessions with other Senior Members of the Christie including medical staff.
In regard to my own experience, I have found our session particularly important with regard to my personal development. I find it helpful to discuss areas within the organisation that could be improved and value your suggestions on how best I can address these.
In regard to feedback received from others, I can confirm that they have also found their coaching sessions with IMD beneficial. Your expertise in drawing out areas of concern and suggesting how best they can deal with these has been paramount in helping them to develop their roles and achieve significant results for the Trust. This includes achieving financial sustainability, developing a robust strategy and achieving Foundation Trust status.
